Mini Abdominoplasty Uskudar

My experience was very positive and professional from the very beginning. I was informed in detail about my treatment and travel arrangements, so I had no questions left. Upon arrival in Istanbul, I was accompanied every step of the way. After the operation, I recovered very quickly and the result exceeded all expectations. I am very grateful to the Selection team. (The pictures I have attached are only 1 week after surgery, they are still slightly swollen and bruised) I had an amazing experience with Aktif. The hospital was absolutely spotless and very modern with large comfortable rooms. Every member of staff I came into contact with was so friendly, kind and caring, the nurses, the cleaners, the healthcare assistants. Special shout out to Buket and Ipek, two amazing, beautiful, smart young ladies, they looked after me like I was a family member, nothing was too much trouble for them. For example, we landed really late and Ipek ran out to get us food at 1 am in the morning! They went above and beyond at every opportunity. They really did make me feel so safe and cared for, they deserve a massive pay raise! I can’t convey how good they were in words, they just make you feel so secure and looked after and I feel like I made two new friends that I will keep in touch with. Emel was also brilliant, providing me with all the relevant info for my trip and explaining everything carefully before I travelled. My surgeon was also amazing, Dr Umran Muslu has done such a good job on my eyes (upper and lower bleph), they’re not fully healed yet but I can already see the final results are going to be brilliant. He explained my surgery clearly and I felt fully informed every step of the way. My surgery and aftercare were so good that I was able to go out sightseeing around Istanbul the day after my op, I had NO pain at all, I couldn’t quite believe how good I felt after the surgery. We stayed in the Mercure hotel which was just gorgeous, it’s spotless and the staff are super helpful and friendly. The room was really nice, with very comfortable beds and really quiet during the night. The hotel has a lovely Spa with a pool, jacuzzi, steam, sauna and gym - you can use all these for free and it’s open until 10 pm. You can get food in the fabulous restaurant up until 2 am. I had such a good experience, there isn’t one negative thing I could say, everyone was so lovely, even our fantastic driver Hasan would buy us tea and pastries and stop off at beauty spots for us so we could take pictures - honestly, these people are just spectacular the way they care for you. I would recommend Aktif 100%, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a procedure now I’ve found them, just outstanding!

The doctor was amazing and very kind. Amid the language barrier she ensure I was given a the opportunity to speak with an interpreter. Hospital was amazing and staff was very efficient and helpful. Person centre care was the core of the care delivered.

I had a septoplasty done by Dr Mehtap Özkahraman and I have to say everything was perfect! The staff is incredibly skilled and professional; everyone also very kind and understanding. I was guided by Serigne and he was available for any concern. The clinic is super clean/modern and all the staff and nurses are amazing. The safety of the patient and the procedure is their priority; that's why I would totally recommend them!

My experience from day one was amazing! Özge was always there to answer questions and always answered quickly. I had a Tummy tuck, lipo and breast lift. From day one had nothing but a great experience. Our ride from the airport to the hotel was ready as we arrived, and our driver to and from the hospital and clinic was always on time and friendly My experience in the hospital was amazing. We arrived and everything went on time and smoothly. They made sure my son was comfortable while he waited for me. Nurses took great care of me and they came in every day to change my dressings and check on me. Although I am home now, going on my 3rd week of recovery, my contact person has been in touch and so very helpful in all Aspects! I appreciate all their attention and help!

I had dental treatment with Dr. Doner, and I really loved it. He is very professional and explains every step to me. I had a zirconium crown and wisdom tooth extraction. Everything was done in one week, and I didn’t experience any pain. My translator, Irina, was also very helpful and supported me throughout the whole treatment. I will definitely come back and bring my friends and family.

From my experience, I can say that the team is very professional. Dr Ercan Cihandide is a very competent doctor. The examinations take place in a beautiful old villa, which is very clean and hygienic. He and his team are very caring and are always there to provide feedback. My 6-hour operation went very well, the hospital is very hygienic and the staff there is also very friendly and helpful. I can really only recommend it. You are accompanied by the team and the doctor before and after the operation and therefore feel safe. As I said, I am happy that my operation was carried out by Dr Cihandide.
