I did my research for the best clinics and ended up with Vanity as my chosen one. Not only did Vanity match all my expectations, they exceeded them by far. Everything, starting from the first contact by WhatsApp, the assistance with the booking, the whole handling of the transfer, the instant and very professional replies within a short time, sometimes instantly, the consultation, the atmosphere, the clinic itself, the nurses, the doctors, and the coordinators, they do an amazing job. Everyone is super friendly and professional, they make you feel not just comfortable, they really look out for you and give you the right atmosphere so you feel safe and cared for from the very first moment. Their service includes so many extras and literally, they take everything that could bother you, especially abroad, off of you. So you can focus on the whole journey in a calm state of mind. Nothing to worry about. Simply amazing. At this point, I want to thank Umut, who is and will be my coordinator for even up to a year post-operation, for making this journey and whole process such a comfortable experience. Umut went above and beyond to ensure everything is just perfect. I am still baffled about everything because I didn’t expect such a top-notch experience. Thank you, Umut, from the bottom of my heart!
