My surgery was 100% satisfactory—100% trustworthy company to go through. Do not expect NHS level of care and empathy. However, they know what they are doing and they deliver. So, my only advice is, to go with someone else to support you mentally and the little things like get proper soup when you are sick of hospital soup.
