Couple things to note for future customers, you are directly connecting with the owner of the business Dr. Gorkem vs. Clinic, it’s always good to have direct contact as some are doing it for money and when you have a doctor who owns the business and also does the procedure it’s of good heart and passion. We are extremely happy with the services provided by the team, especially Yasemin who coordinated the entire process for us starting from the Airport pick-up, hotels, and shuttles to and from hotel. It’s good to note that she went above and beyond as we were staying longer in Istanbul to book us an additional hotel stay, not to mention she is very responsive as we never felt left out. In general, we are happy and would absolutely recommend the services of Dr. Gorkem Atsal. I believe Dr has an amazing team working for him which makes the entire experience well worth it.

I had a septoplasty done by Dr Mehtap Özkahraman and I have to say everything was perfect! The staff is incredibly skilled and professional; everyone also very kind and understanding. I was guided by Serigne and he was available for any concern. The clinic is super clean/modern and all the staff and nurses are amazing. The safety of the patient and the procedure is their priority; that's why I would totally recommend them!

Then, straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in detail what to expect with an amazing Turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill. we had half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, I was very calm, which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me. I felt very, very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery. I felt absolutely fine. I flew over to Turkey with health in December for a gastric bypass for acid reflux. I was met at the airport by the transfer and taken to the hotel then picked up and taken for tests they were so thorough. The next day I met my surgeon he was lovely and had my operation. The surgeon was hands-on he came to see me and asked how I was doing many times. My English-speaking coordinator was beyond perfect he couldn't have done more this company is a 5-star from me

Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too.
