My experience with Dr Ulas and his amazing team was extremely positive. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia❤️ my beautiful patient coordinator/translator. Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. Had a video call with both Rabia and Dr Ulas to determine what can be done. The day I arrived to Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel.Then straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in details what to expect with an amazing Turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill we had mad half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, very calm which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me I felt very very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery I felt absolutely fine. My journey was really good, Dr Ulas, Rabia and team I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me. God bless you and your families. I can’t thank Dr. Yilmaz enough. Everything went perfect, from the first video call to the last post-op check-up. I had two procedures done at the same time, otoplasty and rhinoplasty, and the results exceeded my expectations. People can’t even notice I had surgery, despite the incredible improvements. I am a 25-year-old male patient, who travelled to Turkey alone to get the procedures. I was nervous and somehow uncertain of what to expect. Dr. Yilmaz made me extremely comfortable, it seemed as if my procedures were the easiest thing in the world for him. The arrangements were also impeccable. There was a driver waiting for me at the airport and the same driver drove me everywhere for my whole stay. The hotel they put me in was of superb quality. Let me also note that his assistant is adorable. She’s there for you all of the ways. She instantly replies to all your queries and is extremely efficient. After discovering I had a deviated septum and difficulty breathing I decided to finally book my surgery. I was referred by a friend who already had her surgery with Dr. Ozan Seymen Sezen. I messaged Dr. Resit via instagram where he sent me his assistantAslı' contact information. From here I kept in touch with Aslı and she answered all of my questions.Maria was so patient, kind, and so comforting which made the process a lot easier. She responded very quickly to all my questions and was there for me the entire time. Prior to the surgery I was so nervous as it was my very first time having this procedure. After my consultation with Dr Ozan I felt at ease as he explained everything in detail. He just made me feel so comfortable the minute I spoke with him. First he took photos of my nose from each side and then he created a preview of what my nose would look like after recovery. He stated that it was a 1 year recovery. My one year is coming up on October 20 2021 and I couldn't be happier! I can finally breathe properly and on top of my nose is looking great! I am very happy with the results and the entire team who was there to assist. I highly recommend this doctor.
