(The pictures I have attached are only 1 week after surgery, they are still slightly swollen and bruised) I had an amazing experience with Aktif. The hospital was absolutely spotless and very modern with large comfortable rooms. Every member of staff I came into contact with was so friendly, kind and caring, the nurses, the cleaners, the healthcare assistants. Special shout out to Buket and Ipek, two amazing, beautiful, smart young ladies, they looked after me like I was a family member, nothing was too much trouble for them. For example, we landed really late and Ipek ran out to get us food at 1 am in the morning! They went above and beyond at every opportunity. They really did make me feel so safe and cared for, they deserve a massive pay raise! I can’t convey how good they were in words, they just make you feel so secure and looked after and I feel like I made two new friends that I will keep in touch with. Emel was also brilliant, providing me with all the relevant info for my trip and explaining everything carefully before I travelled. My surgeon was also amazing, Dr Umran Muslu has done such a good job on my eyes (upper and lower bleph), they’re not fully healed yet but I can already see the final results are going to be brilliant. He explained my surgery clearly and I felt fully informed every step of the way. My surgery and aftercare were so good that I was able to go out sightseeing around Istanbul the day after my op, I had NO pain at all, I couldn’t quite believe how good I felt after the surgery. We stayed in the Mercure hotel which was just gorgeous, it’s spotless and the staff are super helpful and friendly. The room was really nice, with very comfortable beds and really quiet during the night. The hotel has a lovely Spa with a pool, jacuzzi, steam, sauna and gym - you can use all these for free and it’s open until 10 pm. You can get food in the fabulous restaurant up until 2 am. I had such a good experience, there isn’t one negative thing I could say, everyone was so lovely, even our fantastic driver Hasan would buy us tea and pastries and stop off at beauty spots for us so we could take pictures - honestly, these people are just spectacular the way they care for you. I would recommend Aktif 100%, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a procedure now I’ve found them, just outstanding!

My experience with Dr Ulas and his amazing team was extremely positive. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia❤️ my beautiful patient coordinator/translator. Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. Had a video call with both Rabia and Dr Ulas to determine what can be done. The day I arrived to Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel.Then straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in details what to expect with an amazing Turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill we had mad half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, very calm which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me I felt very very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery I felt absolutely fine. My journey was really good, Dr Ulas, Rabia and team I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me. God bless you and your families. I underwent a 360 abdominal tuck, liposuction, and breast augmentation and replacement crowns all done in 12 days. I have to say that the staff were extremely professional, caring, considerate, took time to explain all my questions and concerns and the treatment was carried out to the highest standards. I am extremely pleased with the results and have full confidence in the team; therefore, I'm returning for facial surgery in the summer. I would fully recommend this clinic and can't imagine receiving better treatment elsewhere.

I found Dr. Tolga on Instagram and really liked his work so I decided to have him as my doctor for nose surgery. I contacted many doctors but I found Dr Tolga better than them all. He was really good at explaining the whole process when I first time contacted him on WhatsApp. The first time when I went for the first appointment I really liked how intelligent he is, was really good at explaining and listened to me carefully about how I want my nose to look like. I liked the assistant Gulsum so much she was such a great girl and helped us so much. I want to thank Dr Tolga and Gulsum so much for everything. I am really happy with the result and love my nose.
