Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. From my first contact with Jacob, everything was explained clearly, including communication and setting realistic expectations. I booked my flight and provided a copy so they could arrange my pickup, which went smoothly as well. Upon arrival, I was taken directly to the hospital, where I stayed for 4 days before moving to a hotel for two. They took photos, conducted blood tests, an ECG, and other necessary preparations. Although my surgery took a bit longer than expected, I was able to communicate with home via WhatsApp in the evenings. My room was very clean with its own bathroom, and the staff were all awesome. There was an issue with the air conditioning in my room, but they promptly tried to fix it, and I managed by leaving the door and window open. I underwent arm lift surgery and saddle liposuction because I didn't want bra bulges. I chose this clinic because they suggested addressing my arms first due to my lymphedema issues, which was reassuring compared to horror stories I've heard where clinics agree to everything without caution. I received good pain relief, food, bottled water, and juice cartons. The value was good, and I had plenty of check-ups. The night before my departure, I received a prescription, conveniently located a few doors down, and was taken to the airport the next morning. The hotel was fine, and I even managed a trip to the nearby mall by taxi, which was relaxing. When I inquired about having my legs done, they advised waiting 8 to 10 months, which was sensible. Adele provided aftercare instructions, including when to remove dressings, and assured me of their availability for any needs. I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend them. I plan to return for further treatment.
