Everything was very good I had breast aesthetic surgery at Aktif International Hospitals last month. My transfer and my hotel or all services were perfect. Dr. Barış Çin is an incredibly experienced surgeon. I had two video consultations with him, and when he realized I was still unsure about which size implants to choose, he suggested coming in one day prior to surgery for another consultation to explore different size options. He provided detailed explanations and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. From the outset, it was paramount to me that my breasts would have a natural appearance and not be overly large. Now, nearly three weeks post-operation, I must say that I am very pleased with the outcome. They look exactly as natural as I envisioned them. Additionally, my German translator, Bahar, was incredibly helpful throughout my journey. She responded promptly to all of my inquiries and was always very kind and supportive. Serhat was present at the location and proved to be exceptionally helpful. Apart from assisting with translation, he also provided us with valuable sightseeing recommendations in Istanbul and shared some historical insights. My experience with Dr Ulas and his amazing team was extremely positive. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia❤️ my beautiful patient coordinator/translator. Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. Had a video call with both Rabia and Dr Ulas to determine what can be done. The day I arrived to Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel.Then straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in details what to expect with an amazing Turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill we had mad half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, very calm which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me I felt very very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery I felt absolutely fine. My journey was really good, Dr Ulas, Rabia and team I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me. God bless you and your families. I would like to thank Dr. Gorkem Atsal for the otoplasty carried, Dr is very friendly, and explained the entire process at the initial check-up, Dr gave as plenty of information and a lot of face-to-face consultation. Couple things to note for future customers, you are directly connecting with the owner of the business Dr. Gorkem vs. Clinic, it’s always good to have direct contact as some are doing it for money and when you have a doctor who owns the business and also does the procedure it’s of good heart and passion. We are extremely happy with the services provided by the team, especially Yasemin who coordinated the entire process for us starting from the Airport pick-up, hotels, and shuttles to and from hotel. It’s good to note that she went above and beyond as we were staying longer in Istanbul to book us an additional hotel stay, not to mention she is very responsive as we never felt left out. In general, we are happy and would absolutely recommend the services of Dr. Gorkem Atsal. I believe Dr has an amazing team working for him which makes the entire experience well worth it.
