When it came to the medical procedures, everything was handled with the highest standards. The doctors were knowledgeable, skilled, and took the time to explain everything clearly. During surgery, the nurses and support staff were attentive and kind, making sure I felt safe and cared for throughout the entire experience. Both surgeries went smoothly, and I felt I was in the hands of a truly professional and compassionate team. The level of post-op care and follow-up was equally impressive. I’m genuinely grateful for the results and the exceptional service I received. During the process of finding a suitable surgeon for a cat eye and temporal/cheek lift I came across Dr Hakan as I was impressed with the results he could achieve on his clients. I decided to have a 3D simulation and consultation to meet virtually with Dr Hakan and also a visual representation of what my results could look like. From the very beginning, I felt comfortable with the doctor. He was very friendly, attentive and thorough in making sure he understood my concerns and expectations. He speaks very good English so communication was very easy. He answered all of my questions during this consultation as well as showing me two potential results via the simulator which made it easier to envision the end result. The deciding factor for me was the fact that Dr Hakan only performs one surgery a day so he can focus solely on each patient as a case rather than other surgeons who do 10+ surgeries a day. I decided to go ahead and book the surgery a couple months after our online consultation. We had another consultation face to face a day prior to the procedure where we went through everything again including details of the op, any incisions, risks and recovery. Again I felt Dr Hakan understood my needs as well as give his own expertise advice. The day of the operation i was welcomed into a clean professional hospital where I would be staying for the night following the operation as well as having my own private nurse who stayed in the room with me to attend to my needs. The staff at the hospital were also lovely and accommodating as well as being highly competent at their jobs. I was regularly monitored throughout my hospital stay and was not discharged until the doctor/staff were fully happy with my observations. I stayed a week in Turkey after my operation and I saw Dr Hakan twice for follow ups as well as staying in regular contact with both the Dr and his wonderful assistant Burhan. It has now been 6 weeks since my procedure and I am already loving the results. Dr Hakan did exactly what I wanted and although the initial recovery was intense , the whole experience has made everything a lot easier and stress free. I have not had any complications and I’m on the road to a smooth sailing recovery. I can contact Dr Hakan at anytime if I have any concerns and I have recently had my one-month follow-up. I would 10000x recommend Dr Hakan as not only is he very knowledgeable and experienced but he is also a very warm and friendly person who makes you feel instantly at ease . I am hesitant to show my pictures on the internet but the results are insane and I’m happy for him to share them with any future clients. Sorry for such a long review but I wanted to write a detailed account of my pleasant experience with this doctor and his team.
