“I would like to thank the doctor who performed my surgery; he was an excellent surgeon. The staff at the hotel were wonderful, and the person who stood out the most, who was compassionate and helped me a lot, was the interpreter Sato. As for my consultant, Jéssica, she was the worst I’ve ever had: I never received any supportive messages from her; she only cared about the financial aspect, just trying to sell something. The one who truly supported me from start to finish was Sato, and I hope the company recognises her effort because she wasn’t just great, she was exceptional. I will only return for another surgery because of her, and I would like to be received by her next time, as she was crucial during my post-op period and even after I returned to my home country.Alexsandra Menezes Papadopulos.
