(The pictures I have attached are only 1 week after surgery, they are still slightly swollen and bruised) I had an amazing experience with Aktif. The hospital was absolutely spotless and very modern with large comfortable rooms. Every member of staff I came into contact with was so friendly, kind and caring, the nurses, the cleaners, the healthcare assistants. Special shout out to Buket and Ipek, two amazing, beautiful, smart young ladies, they looked after me like I was a family member, nothing was too much trouble for them. For example, we landed really late and Ipek ran out to get us food at 1 am in the morning! They went above and beyond at every opportunity. They really did make me feel so safe and cared for, they deserve a massive pay raise! I can’t convey how good they were in words, they just make you feel so secure and looked after and I feel like I made two new friends that I will keep in touch with. Emel was also brilliant, providing me with all the relevant info for my trip and explaining everything carefully before I travelled. My surgeon was also amazing, Dr Umran Muslu has done such a good job on my eyes (upper and lower bleph), they’re not fully healed yet but I can already see the final results are going to be brilliant. He explained my surgery clearly and I felt fully informed every step of the way. My surgery and aftercare were so good that I was able to go out sightseeing around Istanbul the day after my op, I had NO pain at all, I couldn’t quite believe how good I felt after the surgery. We stayed in the Mercure hotel which was just gorgeous, it’s spotless and the staff are super helpful and friendly. The room was really nice, with very comfortable beds and really quiet during the night. The hotel has a lovely Spa with a pool, jacuzzi, steam, sauna and gym - you can use all these for free and it’s open until 10 pm. You can get food in the fabulous restaurant up until 2 am. I had such a good experience, there isn’t one negative thing I could say, everyone was so lovely, even our fantastic driver Hasan would buy us tea and pastries and stop off at beauty spots for us so we could take pictures - honestly, these people are just spectacular the way they care for you. I would recommend Aktif 100%, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a procedure now I’ve found them, just outstanding!

My experience with Dr Ulas and his amazing team was extremely positive. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia❤️ my beautiful patient coordinator/translator. Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. Had a video call with both Rabia and Dr Ulas to determine what can be done. The day I arrived to Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel.Then straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in details what to expect with an amazing Turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill we had mad half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, very calm which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me I felt very very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery I felt absolutely fine. My journey was really good, Dr Ulas, Rabia and team I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me. God bless you and your families. I had my rhinoplasty with Dr. Bozkurt, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The communication before the surgery was clear and straightforward, and the doctor took the time to explain every step in detail. I felt very safe, informed, and well cared for throughout the whole process. The surgery went smoothly, my breathing improved noticeably, and the result looks very natural — exactly what I wanted. I had my breast augmentation surgery with Dr Muge in March 2022, and I have been so happy with the results and I have had so many compliments. From the first moment I met Dr Muge, I knew that I can fully trust her. I have a skinny body and previous surgery I had Cup A and after the implant, I have cup C. She has chosen the best size for my body. She fully understood my concern that I would like to have the most natural shape and size. She advised me that she will choose the most appropriate size, and yes! She did!!! I have 325C round implants, Mentor, dual plan. Had all my tests done before surgery and also met with the Anestezist what completely understood that I have anxiety prior to surgery and they offered a calmant before anaesthesia. The hospital was amazing, like 5* star hotel, all the conditions you can imagine. After my surgery, I was checked every hour. I was in pain but anytime I needed, I was well look after with painkillers and injections. After surgery and my return home, I was checked regularly by her assistant and kept in touch. Unfortunately, I was not able to go back to see her but I had a breast scan every year since then and no issues, perfect placement and again compliments about the amazing work. Very happy with Dr Muge, she is an amazing doctor and when the time for a new “size” I will definitely go back to her.
