Rhinoplasty. The hotel was super nice, communication was pretty good and reachable even outside working hours. I came sick the first day and they postponed my surgery and made sure that I was physically fit for the operation which was quite reassuring. The nurses were all lovely and supportive throughout the hospital stay and my coordinator Ayla regularly came and checked in on me which was also quite nice. The result in the end was exactly what I was hoping for despite being thrown off by the immediate after surgery photos. The company was also really accommodating with extras too. They moved my hospital room to a larger one so my partner could sleep on the sofa and they also provided a shuttle to the airport straight after my final consultation. Overall it was a good experience and I was so nervous initially but I was in good hands.
