Very pleased with service they providing. Arrived to Istanbul late, clinic was open just for me to do blood test and cardio. Surgeon looks professional with lots of experience. Plenty of results examples. During surgery had a full anesthesia what is brilliant, just had a nice sleep. After surgery had my own room with all necessity. 3 times a day meal, all medication included, regular tests and checks included. Absolutely brilliant.

Due to the lack of appropriate services and support in my native country, I sought a viable alternative. Bookimed recommended Aqua Health, in particular Professor Baris Nuhoglu, to perform gender reassignment surgery. After an initial consultation online with the professor, I forwarded relevant information specific to my particular needs and wants. I then arranged an appropriate date and time to visit Istanbul for the procedure. I was picked up from the airport and placed in a lovely hotel for one night then I spent three nights in the hospital, where the staff were friendly, welcoming and supportive. In particular, Fatima, a daytime healthcare assistant, was extremely attentive and always had a smile on her face. This helped to make me feel more comfortable and relaxed. She was a real angel. Professor Baris, an incredibly personable yet unassuming gentleman, was always on hand to answer any questions and incredibly professional in attitude and approach. In addition, Dr. Hakan Hoser and his wife, Beritan Hoser, were extremely helpful, not least in terms of translation and reducing anxiety and concern. They even provided transport to and from the hospital and airport. Throughout the whole process, there has been fluid and efficient communication by Bookimed, Aqua Health and Mr. and Mrs. Hoser. Overall, I have been extremely satisfied and happy, not only with the procedure, but also with the very professional, supportive and respectful approach provided.

Visited from the UK for fitting of a Penile Implant in February 22 under the supervision of Dr Tuncay Tas. The whole process was smooth and made easier by the the great communication beforehand - chatting via WhatsApp etc. The hospital and the after care was superb and the cost was extremely good compared to other organisations and certainly against costs within the UK. Have chatted to consultant since my return and he has spent time reassuring me and making any referrals to help with any fears or worries that I may have had about procedure. Would recommend if anyone is considering this procedure or even using the clinic. Thanks very much to the Dr and the whole team.
