From the moment I first made contact through to the post-op follow-up, I could not have been happier with Dr Mehmet Bekir and his team. After having two large babies it took me a long time to research and decide to undergo surgery to correct the damage caused - and I’m so pleased I did. I could not have found better. I am so thankful that I found Dr Ebru Unal after searching for weeks. Despite the differences in time zone, she provided fast and very timely responses. She took the time necessary to answer all of my questions and concerns in a thorough manner. I did not feel like she was rushing me in any way throughout this process. She did great working with my schedule as well. I made it there on the 26th; met her on the 27th and had all of my pre-op lab work done, and then had my surgery (Vaginoplasty and fat transfer) on the 28th. From the moment I met her, I knew I was in good hands. I did not feel nervous or anxious, and she made sure the recovery process was as comfortable as a surgical recovery could be. I also had my first treatment for wrinkles and Profhilo injections done by Dr Ebru and am loving the results! Her professionalism and care are top of the line. I am very pleased and satisfied with her work.

Everything was done in one week, and I didn’t experience any pain. My translator, Irina, was also very helpful and supported me throughout the whole treatment. I rarely give good reviews or I’m really impressed with Services offer. But in this case,Holo World Health really deserves one. They went above and beyond to organise things for me, to be there through the process, to answer questions and to fi d surgeons/doctors for me. Treatments were not in Istanbul, and in spite of this somebody came to accompany me through the whole process to be there when I exit and bring you back. If ever I consider another procedure, I would definitely go via them to find the right doctor and feel safe and taken care of. I received Fat transfer and injections
