Couple things to note for future customers, you are directly connecting with the owner of the business Dr. Gorkem vs. Clinic, it’s always good to have direct contact as some are doing it for money and when you have a doctor who owns the business and also does the procedure it’s of good heart and passion. We are extremely happy with the services provided by the team, especially Yasemin who coordinated the entire process for us starting from the Airport pick-up, hotels, and shuttles to and from hotel. It’s good to note that she went above and beyond as we were staying longer in Istanbul to book us an additional hotel stay, not to mention she is very responsive as we never felt left out. In general, we are happy and would absolutely recommend the services of Dr. Gorkem Atsal. I believe Dr has an amazing team working for him which makes the entire experience well worth it.

I had a plain facelift 3 years ago by another surgeon who worked at Vanity. I had two further revisions with this surgeon, and each time the same happened, it dropped after 3 months. I paid for the top surgeon, I got Dr Giray This had nothing to do with Dr Guray or his team; this was the salesperson who is no longer with the company. I made an appointment to meet Dr Guray in London to relay my experience and to ask if he could do anything. He agreed to help me. I had the revision 2 weeks ago and can see and feel the difference already. Dr Guray and his team are amazing, Don’t waste time with other surgeons, he may be more experienced but he is amazing, if I ever have anything else done, I will 100 per cent go with Dr Guray. 🫶🏼

From my first contact with Jacob, everything was explained clearly, including communication and setting realistic expectations. I booked my flight and provided a copy so they could arrange my pickup, which went smoothly as well. Upon arrival, I was taken directly to the hospital, where I stayed for 4 days before moving to a hotel for two. They took photos, conducted blood tests, an ECG, and other necessary preparations. Although my surgery took a bit longer than expected, I was able to communicate with home via WhatsApp in the evenings. My room was very clean with its own bathroom, and the staff were all awesome. There was an issue with the air conditioning in my room, but they promptly tried to fix it, and I managed by leaving the door and window open. I underwent arm lift surgery and saddle liposuction because I didn't want bra bulges. I chose this clinic because they suggested addressing my arms first due to my lymphedema issues, which was reassuring compared to horror stories I've heard where clinics agree to everything without caution. I received good pain relief, food, bottled water, and juice cartons. The value was good, and I had plenty of check-ups. The night before my departure, I received a prescription, conveniently located a few doors down, and was taken to the airport the next morning. The hotel was fine, and I even managed a trip to the nearby mall by taxi, which was relaxing. When I inquired about having my legs done, they advised waiting 8 to 10 months, which was sensible. Adele provided aftercare instructions, including when to remove dressings, and assured me of their availability for any needs. I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend them. I plan to return for further treatment.
