This was my second time at Vanity. The first experience was not good, but the second was fantastic. The first time I had a result that I didn't like at all and the whole experience was not so pleasant. But now - 1 year later - with a new interpreter/contact person (Yasemin - she is such an angel ❤️) and a new doctor (Dr. Mert - top top top!) everything was even better. My result is satisfactory, the stay was pleasant and Yasemin was a great support. It was nice to have a person there who can really speak German and a doctor who really takes his time - both for the examination beforehand and for questions before and after! I’ve always been self-conscious about my ears sticking out. Growing up, I avoided certain hairstyles and even hats that would make them more noticeable. After a lot of research, I chose Cosmedica for my otoplasty, and I couldn’t be happier. The team was reassuring, and the surgery was straightforward. Now, my ears look natural and proportional to my face. It’s such a small change, but it made a huge difference in my confidence!

From a to z everything was great. My coordinator guided me through all the steps and from arriving at the airport and finishing the last final check with a doctor there was not a single problem at all. I heard their name a few times but I never thought that they are so professional. They know what they are doing for sure. And I wish they do keep up with this spectacular work all the time. Nurses and the hospital staff are definitely an asset to the company. They are not only staff they become friends with you. Aftercare was good as well and massages are useful ladies. Have them for sure.
