I came from Canada for a lower bleph and upon my first contact with Fatima, the coordinator, everything has been a breeze. They are super responsive, organized and take care of anything and everything. I truly enjoyed my time in Turkey and I am absolutely amazed by the results of my operation. I had lower lid blepharoplasty with in late July 2025. The treatment was done in a nice hospital, I had a private, comfortable room with my own bathroom. Dr explained everything to me very thoroughly before the operation, and afterwards. The anaesthetist was very good and easy to understand. I experienced no significant pain or discomfort, although during healing my eyes felt a bit itchy. The nursing standard was very thorough and professional. I am very happy with the result. After 2 weeks, I have only mild bruising under my eyes and absolutely no bags under my eyes. There was a very nice translator with perfect English with me at all times in the hospital; although Dr speaks good English, this was helpful with the nursing staff. The translator was also present at the later meetings with Dr during the week, to do dressings and check progress. I felt that the organisation was flawless, and the medical treatment was of the highest professionalism.

My experience with Dr. Türkmen and his team was exceptional from start to finish. Dr. Türkmen is a true artist with an extraordinary eye for detail. His work is precise, natural, and deeply considerate of individual facial harmony. I came in with high expectations—and they were not only met, but exceeded. Throughout the journey, I felt completely supported by his wonderful team. The level of professionalism and warmth was beyond what I expected. I particularly want to express my gratitude to Sena, my patient coordinator—she served as my translator and general point of contact. Her presence made all the difference.
