I was checking about cosmetic surgery online after deciding to get my operation done. I did talk with few clinics and never felt 100% confident with them after that one friend of mine recommended me Clinic Excellent. She already had an operation with them and her results were remarkable so it was so easy to convince myself since I see a great proof of their work. Moreover, since I know that my friend is recommending clinic excellent, I made up my mind and had my surgery with them. They did picked me up with a Mercedes from the airport and I arrived my hotel room quickly. On the operation day starting from covid test they make many blood tests, chest x-ray, EKG etc. Then doctor came to my hospital room and we had a consultation. I did ask my questions and showed my wish pictures afterwards they started the operation. Once I discharged from the hotel they did pick me up and we went to hotel. Their nurse came to hotel with my medications explained how to use them and gave me instructions to sleep, since I had tummy tuck with BBL I was worried about how to sleep without damaging the outcome but that was just me worrying about small thing. I received my massages from the nurses and definitely helped to protect my shape. To be honest massage is a bit painful but once the massage is over you feel like a butterfly, relieved from pain with lighter body feeling. After a week I was feeling very healthy and started to see the places nearby. Istanbul has tons of shopping malls, street food and nice tourist attractions to see. Compared to my country the weather was way better in there so I went out to wonder around. During the recovery phase they were always ready to help and trust me people knowing that someone can help you when you need them was the best feeling made me relax and increased my motivation a lot. The care, team, doctor, driver, nurses, coordinators, hospital staff and the hotel was GREAT. The whole team put a great effort to make me feel home and I will always appreciate everything that they done for me.

I don’t even know where to begin. From the moment I met my surgeon, I felt seen, safe, and genuinely cared for. He spent over two hours consulting and planning with me not rushing, not dismissing but truly listening. That level of dedication gave me the courage to walk into surgery alone in a foreign country, something I thought would terrify me. Instead, I felt calm and reassured. My nurses… I’ll never forget them. They were angels. On day one and two, when I couldn’t even crack a smile, they didn’t just tend to me — they held me with their energy, their empathy. They encouraged me to walk, to push through when all I wanted was to stay in bed. And because of them, by day three after a full mummy makeover I started to feel like myself again. Happy. Light. Hopeful. I can’t express this enough: the level of care I received was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. In Australia, we just don’t get care like this not from surgeons, not from the system. People warned me against coming to Turkey for surgery. They told me it was risky, a bad idea. How wrong they were. This journey gave me not only results, but healing, inside and out.
