From our initial contact through the LowCostmetic website, we have been dealt with in the most professional and courteous manner. The name LowCostmetic initially gave us some reason for trepidation, being a budget/lesser quality service. We found at all stages of our experience everything was to an extremely high standard. We were very pleased with our online consultation, especially after receiving a personal phone call from Dr. Nogueira which answered many of our questions regarding the procedures. Our appointment was arranged very easily online, and we found the information obtained through the website put our minds at rest regarding further questions we had. On the morning of our appointment, we were extremely pleased with the facilities at Hospital Nisa Pardo de Aravaca, Madrid. At our pre-procedure meeting with our surgeon and anaesthetist, everything was clearly explained about before, during, and after our operations.
