A breast implant surgery is good solution for women who would like increase fullness of their breast, improve the balance of the figure and enhance self-confidence. If your breast have lost their curvy shape after childbirth or with age or you just feel that they are too small, breast implants are an option to consider.   The procedure is done under general anaesthesia. The technique of operation, size and shape of implant are chosen upon the medical consultation before the surgery.  An incision is made in the natural crease underneath the breasts and implant is placed under the pectoral muscle or under the gland. On the first days after surgery patient may feel pain and discomfort and the breast can be swollen. After the operation patient may need to have drains in the breasts which will be removed the next day.   Stitches are removed after approximately seven days and it can be done by any GP doctor or nurse. We provide our patients with post surgery bra which is important to wear for at least one month following the surgery in order to achieve the best possible result. During that time patient has to avoid any sport  activities and carry heavy things. 

Fat transfer is a procedure which involves removal of fat via liposuction from one part of your body: stomach, love handles, thighs ect. in order to transfer it to other part of the body. This procedure is often used to buttocks and breast augmentation but can be also used to fill the wrinkles in the face and improves the appearance and contours of patient's face.Buttock and breast augmentation with your own fat is performed in general anesthesia while face volumetry in some cases can be performed in local anesthesia. First the fat is harvest by a special cannula and then after purification the fat is injected into patient breast or buttock.  The final result will appear about 6 months up to one year after surgery.The length of time a fat transfer may last in the body is often determined by how much the area moves and how close it is to a major blood supply. Sometimes is recommended to repeat the procedure because the fat cells may disperse from injected area.
