I am Vineet Kumar age 54 years. I had been suffering from nasal congestion for several years due to which breathing through nose was insufficient. I had become dependent on Otrivin nasal drops and could not manage without it. Dependency kept increasing with use. In 2019,I underwent nasal septoplasty surgery along with removal of nasal polyps and turbinates. But the problem reappeared within 2 years. I asked my former neighbour Dr.Rohit Krishna for advice on how to get cured of this problem. After doing clinical physical examination,he asked me to get MRI done and after seeing the MRI report he told me to get septoplasty surgery done. In March 2023,he did my surgery and corrected the deviated septum and removed the polyps. The surgery went off very smoothly and I was discharged from hospital the next day. Hi , This is Sivapriya 35 Y , From where to start ..By nature I am little over normal weight having 68 Kgs and 5”3 during Marriage and I have 2 Cererians one @2008 followed one in 2014 and I have spent lot of time in getting rid of my weight post pregnancy with vigorous Gymming, Diet and tried all kinds of diet that exist around us . I wan not much disappointed as I thought I will reduce minimum 10 Kgs but I could able to reduce 5 Kgs post Abdominoplasty but I was happy that I did not have that heavy pouch and belly. The miracle came in my life called HCG Diet. Dr. Surinder introduced this diet to me and my husband also. We religiously followed the diet instructions that are fed to us by Dr.Surindher , We did 41 days diet following strictly starting Oct 2019 and to my surprise I almost lot 10Kgs bringing me to my old figure of pre marriage days. Today, I am weighing 66 Kgs. What a tremendous change from 97Kgs to 66 Kgs and its quite visible and My stress levels came down and confidence increased heavily and more over I am very healthy and I also did 5K Marathon in Sep’ 2019, and the year 2019 is going to be remarkable and memorable journey of my life as God gave me opportunity to meet Dr.Surindher that changed my life how I perused my 11 years of life. BTW, My count on reduction is still on as I am now in healthy eating habits and we did photo shoot to pamper myself and the best comments I got that I look more beautiful than I was before marriage.
