I found the people at the reception really sensible and responsible too. I have had good reviews about the doctor on the Internet as well as in person at the hospital. Professional work was done. The staff at the hospital were also caring. I would suggest emphasising an explanation into what should be expected and what has to be done post-procedure along with an explanation of the procedure. Like for example, the garment that has to be worn 24/7, the importance of lymphatic massages etc. This would be more professional and would be helpful to bear in mind before even anyone thinks of travelling to do a procedure. I have undergone Gynecomastia surgery 2 weeks before at Dhanwantaris chrysalis, Pune. My experience was very pleasant. Dr. Salil Patil is the best, He knows his stuff and He had always made me feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout my procedure. The Hospital facility is also very neat and clean. The Rooms and services were world-class. It made my stay very comfortable and soothing. All the services were very prompt and the staff was also very well behaved. What more was, the post-op care was excellent even Dr. Salil Patil was always available to solve my doubts.
