My name is Helmut Sandner. I am from Austria and I am currently spending an extended holiday in Marbella. During this time, a thought came to my mind: why not treat myself to a little rejuvenation for the first time in my life? I had several pigmentation spots on my face and hands, a number of spider veins on my thighs, and a few small red skin spots on my back and chest. I had accepted these changes as a normal part of getting older. As we age, we simply learn to live with them and think to ourselves: that’s just life. About three years ago, my daughter said to me, “Dad, I hope you don’t get as many pigmentation spots as your mother.” As she said this, she took my hands in hers and looked at them very carefully. I just smiled and replied that it really wasn’t that bad. Looking back, however, I believe that this moment stayed with me in the back of my mind. Eventually, I decided to visit the clinic for a consultation. I asked whether it would be possible to make these skin imperfections disappear, almost as if using an eraser. After a thorough consultation, I decided to go ahead with several laser treatments. The results exceeded all my expectations. Before the treatment, Dr. Francis Dhobb explained that the pigmentation spots would become noticeably darker after the laser treatment and assured me that there was no reason to worry. That is exactly what happened. After about a week, the spots turned into many tiny dark specks, which gradually flaked off until they disappeared completely. When I looked in the mirror afterwards, I could hardly believe my eyes. The pigmentation spots on my face and hands had vanished, almost as if by magic. It is truly fascinating what modern medicine can achieve today. The small red skin spots on my back and chest were also successfully removed and have now disappeared completely. The spider veins were treated with very fine injections rather than with a laser. You only feel tiny little pinpricks, which are completely painless. I had no discomfort during or after the treatment. Today, the spider veins have disappeared as well, and my skin feels wonderfully smooth and even again. I never imagined that a treatment like this could make me so happy. I truly feel that my skin looks at least ten years younger. Even more importantly, I feel comfortable and confident in my own skin again. It is a wonderful feeling to look in the mirror every morning and simply enjoy what you see. In 21 days, I will be flying to London to visit my daughter. I am already incredibly curious to see whether she notices anything. Of course, I won’t tell her that I visited a clinic. I am really looking forward to seeing whether she notices the difference on her own. The clinic itself also impressed me tremendously. It is modern, spotless, and exceptionally well organised. From the moment you walk in, you can immediately feel that quality, professionalism, and patient care are their highest priorities. I would also like to give special recognition to Soile, Dr. Francis Dhobb’s assistant. Not only does she support Dr. Dhobb with great professionalism and kindness, but she also organised all of my appointments quickly and efficiently through WhatsApp. Her warm personality, patience, and excellent organisation made my entire experience even more enjoyable. This level of personal care and attention is far from something you find everywhere. My sincere thanks go to Dr. Francis Dhobb and his assistant, Soile. From the initial consultation to the final treatment, I felt completely cared for at every stage. Dr. Dhobb’s professional expertise, his honest advice, and Soile’s kindness, helpfulness, and outstanding organisation left a lasting impression on me. I can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. For me, it was not just a cosmetic treatment but a real improvement in my quality of life. Had my first appointment for advanced electrolysis. The clinic is very clean and staff welcoming. Was well informed about the treatment before given and what to expect afterwards. On first impression, I would recommend.

I saw Dr Bilal today. He was assisted by Libby, and I must say that I was very impressed, despite feeling a little anxious. Dr Bilal reassured me and the whole procedure, from giving me the local anaesthetic, having an impacted Wisdom tooth, and a snapped off molar extracted, took less than 10 minutes. I went into the treatment room at 1 pm, and I was on the bus home by 1.16. There was no pain and hardly any bleeding. If your dentist is hesitant about removing a tooth, ask to be referred to Smilekind.

Came across this clinic by chance on Facebook and I’m so glad I did! We spoke over the phone first and were really impressed with the questions etc asked. When I attended the clinic it was lovely and clean and the owners were super friendly. I felt completely at ease and felt I could ask questions etc. I had a facial done and was given some home skincare too. I also didn’t feel pressured into buying any products or booking any extra services. My face feels and looks a lot better and I feel more confident in myself. I have already booked for another Treatment and I can’t wait! So glad I found this place and definitely recommend!
