I was called by Skins Sense and had an appointment and treatment the same day to remove a wart from my face. The staff in the clinic are really friendly and the doctor really put me at ease. I chose this clinic as it was local to me and they contacted me promptly. I would recommend Skin Sense for this particular treatment.

I first went to Dr Matla for a Hydrafacial I saw the lovely Jordan she is nice and friendly and made me feel relaxed, and she talked through everything she was doing it was my first hydrafacial I will definitely be having another. I was so surprised at how cheap, quick, simple, and painless having my mole removed was. In hindsight, I should have done it years ago. If I had known how easy it was going to be.

She explained about the procedure I’d booked in for so that I understood exactly what would be involved. I appreciated the advice she gave me regarding skin care. What a lovely man and knew exactly how to combat the problems, the tweaks I needed to correct slight imperfections. I don’t look overdone I look amazing. I would guarantee him to anyone. I’ve been with Dr Uka since 2012. My journey has been complicated by middle age rosacea however between us we’ve worked through all of that along with anti-ageing support of tiny fillers around the mouth and chin to eliminate the chin bobbling that comes with middle age with support of small fillers around the mouth every 3 months or so I look and feel about 40 even though I’m 62!

Facial done by young lady called Debbie, very pleasant experience. Nice comfortable environment. The 5 stars are for my therapist, she made me feel relaxed. My face was complimented by my family.

I saw Dr Bilal today. He was assisted by Libby, and I must say that I was very impressed, despite feeling a little anxious. Dr Bilal reassured me and the whole procedure, from giving me the local anaesthetic, having an impacted Wisdom tooth, and a snapped off molar extracted, took less than 10 minutes. I went into the treatment room at 1 pm, and I was on the bus home by 1.16. There was no pain and hardly any bleeding. If your dentist is hesitant about removing a tooth, ask to be referred to Smilekind.

I arrived at my appointment flustered and late. Ruth was very kind and understanding and put me at ease straight away. I had some skin tags removed whilst we chatted comfortably and I can honestly say the session was pleasant and relaxing. The reception room and the treatment room were bright clean and stylish. I can’t imagine how the whole experience including the actual treatment could have been improved upon. Top marks from me!
