Wow, what a 1st visit to this beautiful clinic, where you are greeted by the friendly reception team and made to feel welcome, as for Dr Raj he is a gentleman and is very honest and informative regarding treatments. There is no pressure to go ahead with treatments, I only wish I had found this clinic earlier I cannot wait to go back and have treatment (neo gen ). Great clinic, I highly recommend. I enquired about getting a mole removed form my face which I have been concerned about for a long time, my GP told me it was cosmetic and to seek a private clinic. I was asked if I was comfortable to send a photo, which I did. Got a price and availability back within the same day, and was booked at the end of the week. Very friendly staff and doctors, I had a consultation with the doctor who went through everything beforehand, procedure took roughly 20 minutes. Fantastic experience at Arora- she changed my life - I walked in with practically no hair and now my hair is mashallah thicker and luscious It does not end there I’ve also done skin rejuvenation and my skin was so bad I didn’t even like looking in the mirror- but now I feel amazing and my skin is glowing- I never do reviews but honestly this beautiful woman has transformed me !!! I chose Smile Kind as I required specialist surgical treatment not available at my normal general practice dentist. They are on my general practice dentist's list for complex referrals. Also my wife had excellent treatment earlier this year at Smile Kind, to remove a troublesome wisdom tooth. My treatment was to extract a cracked and infected molar that was beyond repair, followed by a bone graft and associated initial procedures in preparation for a planned implant later this year. This process, from my initial assessment meeting with Sami and Sarah, the surgery itself last week, and next day post-op follow up phone call were completed with total professionalism and high skill. The surgery site in my jaw is already settling down after several days. Everything was explained in advance, the surgery itself was pain and stress-free, and patient care was exemplary. I had a seborrheic keratosis on the temple which was treated with a cryo pencil. This fell off naturally after about 10 days and has now left virtually no sign of a lesion at the site. So after about 2 weeks, there is no sign of anything after the initial cryotherapy and healing has been excellent. Obviously, only time will tell whether the keratosis re-appears, however, my opinion is very positive that the treatment was effective. I can recommend Jacqui for her treatment and attention to detail and would have no hesitation in going back for treatment by this method.
