Never heard about SkinGP but thought I give it a try following an online recommendation. I had a consultation for an infected wart which was removed; the treatment and care given through the process was excellent.

From the moment I started seeing Frankie, I felt completely at ease. She truly listens to what I want and tailors each treatment specifically to my needs. The results are always so natural—no one ever realises I've had anything done, but I get so many compliments on how refreshed I look (which is amazing as a mum of 2!) I’ve been with Dr Uka since 2012. My journey has been complicated by middle age rosacea however between us we’ve worked through all of that along with anti-ageing support of tiny fillers around the mouth and chin to eliminate the chin bobbling that comes with middle age with support of small fillers around the mouth every 3 months or so I look and feel about 40 even though I’m 62!

I chose Smile Kind as I required specialist surgical treatment not available at my normal general practice dentist. They are on my general practice dentist's list for complex referrals. Also my wife had excellent treatment earlier this year at Smile Kind, to remove a troublesome wisdom tooth. My treatment was to extract a cracked and infected molar that was beyond repair, followed by a bone graft and associated initial procedures in preparation for a planned implant later this year. This process, from my initial assessment meeting with Sami and Sarah, the surgery itself last week, and next day post-op follow up phone call were completed with total professionalism and high skill. The surgery site in my jaw is already settling down after several days. Everything was explained in advance, the surgery itself was pain and stress-free, and patient care was exemplary. I arrived at my appointment flustered and late. Ruth was very kind and understanding and put me at ease straight away. I had some skin tags removed whilst we chatted comfortably and I can honestly say the session was pleasant and relaxing. The reception room and the treatment room were bright clean and stylish. I can’t imagine how the whole experience including the actual treatment could have been improved upon. Top marks from me!
