Constantly having the opportunity to ask any questions about the procedure. Felt cared for and the after-care information had a feeling of continued customer service.

I took my father to see Dr Lanka at Skin Sense Clinic because his hands, arms, feet and ankles were in a terrible state with raw seeping wounds and very itchy skin. Straightaway Dr Lanka realised my father's GP had been treating him incorrectly and his feet and ankles were in the first stages of ulceration. Her advice was clear and her treatment, although expensive, was spot on. Within five days my father's skin was healing - this after several months of applying the wrong creams prescribed by his GP. By the time of our second appointment with Dr Lanka two weeks later, we were all delighted with the fantastic results of my father's healing skin. Dr Lanka really knows her stuff and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I was so surprised at how cheap, quick, simple, and painless having my mole removed was. In hindsight, I should have done it years ago. If I had known how easy it was going to be.

My appointment was to remove the skin tag on the eyelid which was done very quickly along with a couple of others I didn't even realise were there. Also had some sun damage removed from my face and whiteheads which was a real bonus. All treatments were explained to me and carried out quickly and efficiently. I felt very comfortable and at ease in pleasant surroundings and appreciated the advice given to me on skincare. Very good value for money. Strongly recommend.

After researching for clinics that carry out Adult circumcision, I chose to arrange an appointment with Thornhill Clinic. I chose to have a circumcision for hygiene and personal preference. It was easy to arrange the appointment and the receptionists were helpful in answering any questions I had before the appointment. On arriving for my appointment, the clinic is modern and clean, with polite and welcoming staff. My consultation was with Dr Khan who explained the procedure and after care as well as completing the relevant paperwork. I was then taken to a room to change into a gown before entering the surgical room. Dr Khan was assisted by a male member of staff ( I can’t remember his name) and they both made me feel at ease. Dr Khan explained about the local anaesthesia and that the injections were the most uncomfortable part ( which was very true), once the injections had been completed, it was only a 5 minute wait for it to take effect. During the procedure we had a general chat which help to settle any last minute nerves. The procedure did not take very long and Dr Khan gave me the opportunity to see the end result before applying the bandage to my penis, which I was very happy with. Since the procedure, I have not experienced any pain apart from the occasion twinge and some discomfort when experiencing an erection during the night. Overall I am very satisfied with my whole experience at Thornhill Clinic and would recommend this clinic to anyone that is considering any of the procedures that are available. It was also very good value for money, my procedure cost £750 altogether and it was money well spent.

Dr Berry and his team are exceptional and they do really care about their patients! I agreed with the reviews that the clinic has a fair price for the treatments offered. Cyst draining I recently attended this clinic a couple of weeks ago where I was met with very the professional and friendly Hilary at the front desk who put me at ease immediately. Then I met with Paula for an initial consultation where she assessed my cyst. She was extremely thorough in her examination and I am pleased to say was able to offer me the required treatment at this meeting. I have seen two gps this week regarding my ear infection and was prescribed antibiotics then eventually an ear spray. However, my left ear was still very uncomfortable so I was able to quickly get an appointment to see Donna. I was so shocked when she let me see the inside of my ear on her screen, lots of build-up of skin etc still in there which hadn’t been mentioned by either GP.! Donna used micro suction and told me I must carry on with the spray 3 times a day for a while (GP had been quite blasé about me needing it ). I left Donna, who spent lots of time talking and explaining, feeling very happy and satisfied with the consultation and thorough treatment! Lovely lady too, will recommend her, definitely 🥰
