10 years I've had a wart on the end of my nose. GP said 4 times would refer me to dermatology went to my appointments never called back to be removed. I have seen two gps this week regarding my ear infection and was prescribed antibiotics then eventually an ear spray. However, my left ear was still very uncomfortable so I was able to quickly get an appointment to see Donna. I was so shocked when she let me see the inside of my ear on her screen, lots of build-up of skin etc still in there which hadn’t been mentioned by either GP.! Donna used micro suction and told me I must carry on with the spray 3 times a day for a while (GP had been quite blasé about me needing it ). I left Donna, who spent lots of time talking and explaining, feeling very happy and satisfied with the consultation and thorough treatment! Lovely lady too, will recommend her, definitely 🥰
