Constantly having the opportunity to ask any questions about the procedure. Felt cared for and the after-care information had a feeling of continued customer service.

The clinic is very clean, staff are polite and friendly. Consultation detailed, questions answered. I had electrolysis. It is good value, although only white hair that are visible and long enough that were removed, so I was advised to alternate with Laser treatment the next visit. Skin Medical called me first ,so choose them .

I have had regular skin treatments with Dr. Raquel as well as fillers in the past few years. Dr. Raquel is both professional and friendly and makes sure I am happy with the results. I recently had a face treatement (microneedling and chemical peel) with Maja and I am so pleased with how my skin feels and looks after. I would recommend certainly!

I had a seborrheic keratosis on the temple which was treated with a cryo pencil. This fell off naturally after about 10 days and has now left virtually no sign of a lesion at the site. So after about 2 weeks, there is no sign of anything after the initial cryotherapy and healing has been excellent. Obviously, only time will tell whether the keratosis re-appears, however, my opinion is very positive that the treatment was effective. I can recommend Jacqui for her treatment and attention to detail and would have no hesitation in going back for treatment by this method.
