I had a facelift eye lift and neck lift. They were so professional and have kept in touch with me to give me advice on creams to use and how long to wear the facial support to get the best outcome. Would highly recommend it.

I had a smooth experience with NoveMed in Istanbul. The staff were professional, caring, and supportive from start to finish. The coordinator Melisa explained everything clearly in details. The surgery went smoothly. Post-op care and nutritional support from dietitian Sema were excellent.

I can quite honestly say you will have nothing to worry about everything is planned in advance you can ask as many questions as you want. From the moment I landed, I had the instructions on where to go my driver arrived within minutes I went straight from the airport to the hospital where I had an x-ray and was shown to my room. You cannot fault the rooms you are given my daughter was quite comfortable in the pull-out chair bed next to me various tests blood tests etc then the operation is the next day. The facilities at the clinic are amazing. My daughter's breakfast arrived bright and early the next morning but unfortunately, I was nil by mouth I had a couple more tests then I met Dr Cem Arslan who made me feel completely at ease. I went down for surgery that afternoon I have to admit I felt rough the first night but that was to be expected any translation problems I had were easily overcome with the use of Google Translate. On the third day I was discharged and received all the medication that I required and a useful WhatsApp group was created to help me with any dietary needs or advice by the fifth day I was on my return flight home feeling a little sore but pleased I made the right choice.

I would highly recommend booking surgery I received fantastic communication before I even landed in Istanbul with my amazing coordinator Nina. Even when I arrived home she was there on the other end of the phone answering the questions I had all whilst heavily pregnant she really went above and beyond for me. I had 2 procedures I had a FDL Extended Tummy tuck & breast uplift & implants following a 7 stone 5 weight loss my surgeon was Dr Emin he was incredible he knew exactly the look I wanted and he done an incredible job. I am very impressed with my neat stitching and my results are fantastic. He came and saw me every morning after the operation to check I was okay and if I had any questions he really was amazing. I am hopefully heading back next year for a thigh lift, the hospital and nurses were amazing they took care of me every step off the way with pre-op testing & the aftercare was brilliant. I heeled beautiful, I choose this clinic on recommendations through a lot of my weigh loss surgery friends and I am so glad I found booking surgery you won’t be disappointed.

I underwent a 360 abdominal tuck, liposuction, and breast augmentation and replacement crowns all done in 12 days. I have to say that the staff were extremely professional, caring, considerate, took time to explain all my questions and concerns and the treatment was carried out to the highest standards. I am extremely pleased with the results and have full confidence in the team; therefore, I'm returning for facial surgery in the summer. I would fully recommend this clinic and can't imagine receiving better treatment elsewhere.

Hi, I had a gastric sleeve surgery because of my overweight, it was a perfect organised stay at the hospital, we were collected at the airport, transported to the hospital and later to the apartment, staff were very helpful and supportive, especially Adisa. It went really good, the doctor was always there for all the questions I had. All together- perfect

I had a lot of anxiety about dental work, but the staff were really patient with me. Dr. Tuna was gentle and explained each step. I had 10 crowns done and the process was easier than I expected. The hotel they arranged was also very comfortable.

I went to Turkey to have a few operations , I had pec implants, liposuction and a hernia operation. I was very impressed with how clean the tidy the hospital was, also how well I was looked after by the surgeons, staff and nurses. I was searching for weight loss surgeries for years. I found Turkey and turkey was a good option. Before the surgery, I was afraid. But I reached to their patient consultant and she gave me a lot of pieces of information. After this conversation, I trusted them and I went to Turkey. That was an amazing journey for me. After 1 month, I lost more than 12 kilos. I am so happy.

I had my surgery on the 17/02. Everything was booked via WhatsApp and within 2 weeks of 1st contact. The doctor was very responsive and answered all my questions. When i arrived i had to wait 15mins for the car and the car took me to my hotel which was 30mins away. The hotel was nice and clean.a few hours later there was someone to pick me up and we walked to the hospital which was only a few yards away. The whole process was easy and i was asleep and woke up after it was done. I waited an hour for my IV then after I went back to the hotel. I was only meant to stay for one night but the planes were cancelled due to the storm so couldn't fly back to England. I texted the coordinator and she sorted the hotel for an extra night. The next morning my transport came to pick me up and I was taken to the airport. All in all, it was a good experience and I can't recommend Merv and Dr Onur enough. I am on 10 days now and I have lost 5kgs.

I had lens replacement surgery with Associate Professor of ophthalmology Dr Derda Oder at BHT clinic in Istanbul. From the initial contact with him to the end he was very down to earth, transparent, friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. I had researched and contacted many surgeons. He suggested lenses that would be suitable for each eye and on examining me when I got there, decided one eye needed a different lens which was £150 less. He immediately informed me. He is an excellent surgeon and Hasan, his lovely, capable interpreter was there for me at all times. All the staff are very professional and attentive. The surgery went well and the aftercare was very good. On my last visit, Dr Derda said to contact them at any time if I have any questions or concerns, gave me lifetime lens passports and told me any time I was in Turkey I was to come and have a free assessment. Dr Derda is also very well priced and I’m absolutely thrilled to throw away glasses that I’ve been wearing for many decades. I highly recommend Dr Derda and his team.
