I had sleeve gastrectomy surgery and my family members had eclipse balloons. It was a wonderful experience for us with the whole medical team led by Professor Ali, Nurse Sude, translator Mohammed, Ali Musthapa and nurses at Ward 3. Hi all, Well mine is a bit of a strange story and I don't know how common my situation is. 10 years ago I had a Gastric bypass on the NHS and it worked great, I lost close on 75kg. However, during lock down, like so many others out of boredom I drank lots of alcahol and started getting back in bad eating habits and put on over 30kg. I tried getting this looked into by the NHS but my GP just seemed not to care. I called around for quotes in the UK and the cheapest I was offered was £13,000 which I just could not afford so decides to look into what is awailable in other countries. I have now lost over 8kg in just over a week and just know this is going to be a great success.

What a journey it has been! Obesity patients will understand me quite well, the process we are going through is really not easy.
