I had my surgery on the 17/02. Everything was booked via WhatsApp and within 2 weeks of 1st contact. The doctor was very responsive and answered all my questions. When i arrived i had to wait 15mins for the car and the car took me to my hotel which was 30mins away. The hotel was nice and clean.a few hours later there was someone to pick me up and we walked to the hospital which was only a few yards away. The whole process was easy and i was asleep and woke up after it was done. I waited an hour for my IV then after I went back to the hotel. I was only meant to stay for one night but the planes were cancelled due to the storm so couldn't fly back to England. I texted the coordinator and she sorted the hotel for an extra night. The next morning my transport came to pick me up and I was taken to the airport. All in all, it was a good experience and I can't recommend Merv and Dr Onur enough. I am on 10 days now and I have lost 5kgs.

Accidentally came across Kreamer Medical on the Internet. The first contact Was very fast and professional. Arrived in Istanbul we were warmly welcomed by Hülya at the airport and the to the Hotel. The next all the examinations followed and then the day after the surgery. The surgery went well. The Hospital was very well equipped and the staff was nice. I was discharged 3 days after the surgery. Everything went well. I lost 35 Kilo in the first 6months. Going further... But my biggest thanks go to Hülya. A new life for me.
