About Linda Gillen
There are times when our capacity to feel better, recover or move on with things is too difficult to do on our own. It is during these times that we can feel at our most anxious, depressed, lacking motivation and feeling at a complete loss.
I provide a supportive and safe space for you to be met with where you are starting from. I am a fully qualified psychotherapist and counselor and have many years’ experience in workplace and relationship coaching. I work with individuals who are struggling with (and not limited to) anxiety, unexpected transitions, low self- worth, grief, and loss, relationship conflict & breakup, parenting challenges, work-related stress, loss of purpose/direction in life.
I understand the day to day challenges that face men and women in dealing with multiple roles and responsibilities at home and at work. I have the skills, experience, and presence to support you with whatever change you want to make, no matter how big or small.
I am a fully insured and fully accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and proactively abide by their code of ethics.
I am passionate about supporting you in being the best you can be for you and for how you experience your relationships and the world around you.
