I am trained in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy which means I do not follow one particular discipline or school of thought. Rather than a 'one size fits all' approach I find it more beneficial to integrate a range of different theories and techniques based on the individual client's needs. These include but are not limited to Humanistic Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-based Therapy, Gestalt therapy and Psychodynamic theory.
