I can hardly remember the issues that I experienced before, and it helped me level up in lifeG.K, Ireland, 07 01 20

Brilliant experienced that helped me with more than just what I went to Brian for. In fact, I can hardly remember the issues that I experienced before, and it helped me level up in life. As Brian says therapy helps us become more of who we are. I'm writing this about 2 months and a bit after finishing with Brian and can confirm that the work we did is lasting.

As a fully accredited psychotherapist, I abide by a strict code of ethics outlined by the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP) and the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).I work with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, grief, self-esteem, addiction, identity, relationships, psychosexual issues, stress, personal growth and development and coping with illness.  I provide short-term counseling to those who need support to get through a particular event or time in their lives and longer term psychotherapy to those wishing to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships with others.  I adopt a Person-Centred approach to counselling and psychotherapy and provide an empathic, caring and confidential environment to enable individuals to speak about the situations, difficulties and experiences that cause them pain and distress. As an integrative psychotherapist my experience and training includes working with a range of approaches including Rogerian, Psychodynamic, CBT, Gestalt and Psychosynthesis. I am forever grateful to have been counselled by herDeclan, Ireland, 28 03 17

Having seen several therapists due to severe anxiety and several bouts of depression, I can confidently say that Laura has been the most compassionate and sincere of them all. She offered me a safe haven and always handled my worries and problems with an unbiased and non-judgemental approach. Laura has played a huge part in strengthening my confidence and self-esteem. I can honestly say that without her I wouldn't have got through a testing time. Laura was full of patience, kindness and encouragement, and I am forever grateful to have been counselled by her.
