Psychoanalysis, Counselling, CBT, Life Coaching are all forms of Psychotherapy. Psychoanalysis is a depth psychology addressing mental distress by understanding its underlying, unknown causes. Counselling is the provision of professional guidance in resolving problems. CBT helps you to manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave. Life coaching is designed to set and attain goals.
Psychotherapist Consultation €80 - €120
In the first session your therapist will introduce themselves and ask you to tell them what’s on your mind. This can be quite daunting, but we are all experienced and are used to listening in a non judgemental way. Everything you say in the session is between you and your therapist and is totally confidential.
Bereavement Counselling €80 - €120
A death can lead to complicated grief. In fact a loss of any sort, such as moving abroad to work or sustaining a scar in an accident can have lasting effects. In these cases talking to an analyst may be helpful in resolving internal conflict. It is normal to experience a major loss as traumatic or inhibiting. In some cases emotions can become overwhelming leading to insomnia, despair, anger, depression or even thoughts of suicide.
