I am a fully qualified and experienced counsellor/psychotherapist. I have also worked as a support group facilitator. I am fully accredited with the Irish Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy.
My psychotherapeutic approach includes Rogerian client-centred; Psychodynamic; Solution Focused Brief Therapy; Transpersonal; Mindfulness based Interventions.
It is my privilege to hold a safe, nurturing space for the client, allowing him or her to come home to the self, free to acknowledge and explore the issues that are calling for attention.
