My name is Laura Branigan-Bayoumi and I hold an honours degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School and am a fully accredited member of the I.A.C.P.  I work from a humanistic and integrative approach, which means that I draw on various humanistic, psychodynamic and solution focused theories in order to  explore the difficulties you are facing, increase your self-awareness and  provide you with support.   As a humanistic Psychotherapist I respect  each individual's ability to make their own decisions. My work with you will not be about giving advice or deciding what is best for you. Instead, through discussion and exploration, I will work with you to help you clarify your own beliefs, values and priorities, so you can reach your own decisions on what is best for you.   We will work together in order to truly understand your thoughts, emotions and behaviours, to deepen your level of self awareness, and to identify and work on breaking unhelpful patterns in your life. We will work towards empowering you, so that you are better able to manage and overcome whatever is holding you back from reaching  your goals and aspirations.

Dublin 1 Ireland, where psychological counselling/psychotherapy is given to help patients overcome a range of psychological, behavioural and lifestyle disorders. Individual, couple and family counselling is offered and the privacy of patients is treated with the utmost importance by the team. Referrals are accepted from general medical practitioners and psychiatrists. The team help patients suffering from depression, both major and bipolar disorder, anxiety and phobias, panic attacks, low self esteem, and stress management.  We also help clients overcome addictions, both substance and behavioural, such as sex, gambling, food, alcohol and other substance abuse.
