Work stress related.

I visited Declan relating my workplace stress issue last year that impacted my personal and family life. He was able to put me on the right track and bring professional life back to the more positive path.

I have been much better now and can deal with other stressful situations. He is also happy to discuss any issue you want or need help with. If you are stress at home or work, don't waste your time suffering on your own.

Declan helps to make your life better or offer a view from other perspectives, Lesson for the rest of your life.

"I strongly recommend this doctor to anybody stuck in the mire and looking to get out"
5 50Reviewed 30 May 2018 Review verified by phone.
Treatment Received: Stress Management
Last year my GP sent to a therapist for stress management (night time palpitations, negative thinking, insomnia and exhaustion). I was skeptical. Nobody was recommended, so I checked Google and opted for Declan Coyle.

I got lucky finding Declan, he was very easy to strike a rapport with and gave some excellent advice. My GP said that it would take c6 months of therapy until I found my way, but after six meetings I felt revitalised.

I strongly recommend Declan to anybody stuck in the mire and looking to get out.

Treatment Received: CBT - Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
I attended Coyle Counselling for CBT to address my anxiety.

Declan is kind, generous, compassionate and I felt very comfortable talking to him. Attending counselling has not only eased my anxiety but has untangled the underlying issues that gave rise to it and given me the tools to manage it in the future.

"Highly recommended"
5 50Reviewed 15 Jun 2016 Verified user. Review confirmed by email.
Treatment Received: Anger Management
From internet research I contacted Declan Coyne as Declan’s location of work was in close proximity to my house.

The main reason I sought counselling with Declan was due to my unpredictable and sever anger issues.

Immediately after my first session with Declan I feel we both clicked.

Declan has extensive experience within his area and what was most striking was how accurate and insightful Declan can be when trying got discuss my emotions.

Meeting with Declan on a weekly basis proved very helpful during some extremely difficult periods of my life for example going through redundancy and divorce.

Overall a very pleasurable gentleman to obtain counselling services from.

I would highly recommend Decal to anyone thinking of attending counselling sessions.

Very good and still availin of it

The treatment i had applied for was anger management,Working with Declan i soon found that it was,nt anger management counselling i needed to be treated for but emotional abuse,I was in a toxic relationship where everything was so one-sided i found myself just going along with everything just to try and keep my family together,I was constantly swimming against the tide all the time,Until i sat down and talked with Declan,After the weeks passed i started to feel like my old self again,A spring in my step and smiling and feeling good about myself,My Daughter is happy,I,m happy,And it,s all because i picked up the phone and rang Declan.....Was it good value,Worth every cent!

"I have no doubt that Declan has helped to change my life for the better"
5 50Reviewed 27 Mar 2015 Review verified by phone and email.
Treatment Received: Anger Management
I'm very happy with the treatment that I received and with the behavioral changes that came about.
I only had 6 visits with Declan, spanning just over 3 months, but everyone who knew me remarked on the obvious changes in my character over such a relatively short space of time - and particularly commented on how my patience levels had improved ten-fold. From my own point of view, my stress levels had definitely dropped off and not only did the "episodes" of anger & frustration become much less frequent, they also lasted a fraction of the time that they used to (before I started my treatment with Declan). I now feel much better within myself, I feel much more in control of my emotions and I no longer get worked-up over upcoming situations that would have made me very anxious in the past. My relationship with my wife, my children and my close family members has definitely improved significantly over the last 3-4 months and I firmly believe that Declan has provided me with the tools and the confidence that will allow me to realise a much happier future for all of us.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Declan for any form of counselling since it was obvious to me that he had a depth of knowledge across numerous branches of psychotherapy ... and should I ever find that I need guidance in this area again, or indeed in any area that Declan might specialise, then I will certainly be calling on his support again.
I have no doubt that Declan has helped to change my life for the better and you simply cannot put a price on that !!!

(For the record, I knew upfront, exactly how much I would be paying for each counselling session and this fee never changed, despite the fact that the sessions sometimes went far over our allotted time. Declan also seemed to want to end the session on a natural conclusion rather than after an exact set of time had elapsed and I always felt like I had received great value for money with this approach!)
