As a Mental Health professional, I have worked with a wide range of issues including, Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Bereavement, Relationship Problems, Suicidal Ideation and more. My aim is to provide a safe space for therapeutic intervention, that allows people to talk about their problems in a supportive environment.  I am a qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist, working towards my Accreditation with IACP and have worked with a volunteer counselling agency for nearly two years now.
