Hi. I'm an IACP-accredited counsellor & psychotherapist offering in-person sessions in Cork City and online sessions via Zoom or Phone. I work with adults (individuals and couples) looking for support in areas such as bereavement and loss, anxiety and depression, stress and illness, abuse, self-harm, relationships, maternal mental health (depression during/post-pregnancy, miscarriage, pregnancy loss) and any other life changes that can emerge and create uncertainty in life.  I believe that everyone should be able to benefit from confidential and non-judgemental support when life feels difficult. I work in a client-centred, humanistic and integrative way: I value my clients' own experience of life and together we explore more fulfilling and resourceful ways of being in the world. I draw on different techniques in my work, but essentially my role is to support and help empower the people I work with. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, along with a Professional Certificate in CBT and I am committed to ongoing professional learning and development.
