My wife and I learned to laugh again like we used to when we first metRobert, US, 17 05 24

My wife’s cancer journey was a difficult one and it had tremendously affected our relationship. We learned a lot about ourselves in Marriage Counselling; the various attachment styles, how they correlate to our own and towards our loved ones. My wife and I learned to laugh again like we used to when we first met. We are forever grateful for Ashrina’s help. She helped us find ourselves again. Another lease of life! Also, we did not realize that trauma is an integral part of the cancer journey especially in the aftermath of remission. We are now back in South Carolina and we will see you again in the Fall. Thank you Ashrina and God Bless ! ~ Rob & Jill

I am very happy to recommend herMary, Ireland, 11 09 22

A friend of mine was talking about going to Evie so I said I’d give it a try. I am delighted I did. I don’t worry about food anymore and I feel good in my clothes. And I’ve lots more energy. I can’t see myself ever going back to my old ways. Her approach makes a lot of sense, it’s not just about food. I am very happy to recommend her.

Helen Anglim - Counselling and Psychotherapy - Psychotherapy Clinic in Ireland

Helen Anglim - Counselling and Psychotherapy

26/27 MacCurtain Street, Cork
Hi. I'm an IACP-accredited counsellor & psychotherapist offering in-person sessions in Cork City and online sessions via Zoom or Phone. I work with adults (individuals and couples) looking for support in areas such as bereavement and loss, anxiety and depression, stress and illness, abuse, self-harm, relationships, maternal mental health (depression during/post-pregnancy, miscarriage, pregnancy loss) and any other life changes that can emerge and create uncertainty in life.  I believe that everyone should be able to benefit from confidential and non-judgemental support when life feels difficult. I work in a client-centred, humanistic and integrative way: I value my clients' own experience of life and together we explore more fulfilling and resourceful ways of being in the world. I draw on different techniques in my work, but essentially my role is to support and help empower the people I work with. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, along with a Professional Certificate in CBT and I am committed to ongoing professional learning and development. Please feel welcome to get in touch if you think I can be of support.
