She is the holder of a BSc(Hons) in counselling and psychotherapy from Middlesex university and a diploma in counselling from PCI college in Dublin and is a fully qualified member of the IACP.  Her main areas of counselling include anxiety, panic attacks, conflict resolution, depression, suicide ideation, self harm, bereavement and loss and client family support and has extensive experience of dealing with adolescents and teenagers as well as adults.  As well as a private practise, Sandra is a therapist with Pieta House.
