Freda diagnosed and treated with ultrasound, tendonitis in my wrist. She sent me away with a set of daily exercises and instructions on the type of splint I needed. Now, 5 days later, it’s so much improved and I’m due back for my 2nd appt in a couple of days.

A few days ago I attended a physiotherapy session with Ms Judith Oliver. This was meant to be a maintenance session since I am already undertaking treatment in my country for a shoulder/back injury. Ms Oliver made me feel welcome and at ease. She explained everything she was doing during the session and the treatment itself (mostly massage). Was very comprehensive and it relieved me of pain almost instantaneously. Moreover, her treatment was very much an extension of what I was having in my own country. Thank you, Judith. You surely made me feel so much better and be in the best position to enjoy my holiday. I am glad I decided to look up a physiotherapist during my holiday. I fully recommend Judith's treatment. Very tranquil.

Thank you Louise for all your help and advice for my running niggles from my knees to pulled muscles and then going over and beyond advising me on my pre race week routine to keep me in the best shape to race. The treatment both me and my wife received from Dasha for whiplash injuries following a car accident was superb. She was very professional, knowledgeable and reassuring.
