About JMC PHYSIOTHERAPY LTD

At JMC Physiotherapy we believe that understanding your condition is the 1st step to recovery and will provide a clear and detailed explanation of what is causing your problem and what can be done to help.

JMC Physiotherapy are located in Airdrie Business Centre just off Airdrie High Street and less than 10minutes from the Train Station. Free Parking is available and the clinic is fully accessible regardless of your condition.

Early access to treatment is vital to recovery and as such we offer prompt appointments at flexible times to allow you to access treatment without a waiting list or a day off work.

Ergonomic Assessments and Advice

At JMC Physiotherapy we also provide Ergonomic Workstation Assessments to minimise the risk of future problems and also to ensure adherence to HSE regulations.

These can be arranged by appointment to come to your place of work and would include a detailed report of recommended alterations.

Physiotherapist Consultation

At your Initial consultation at JMC Physiotherapy we will ask you some detailed questions about your condition and the impact this has on your work, home and sporting life in a private treatment room.

We will then complete a thorough physical examination which may include getting you to move as well as testing your joints, muscle strength and nervous system. It is beneficial to be able to see and feel the area to be treated so loose fitting clothing is recommended.

Once the examination is completed we will discuss any diagnosis and possible treatment options to allow you to make the correct choice for you and allow an effective treatment to start immediately.

We will also discuss with you things that you can do to help manage your problem such as exercises or adaptations to work and give you a clear indication of likely time to recovery.

Jamie gained a BSc (hons) from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2002. After qualifying he gained experience working with the NHS in Glasgow and Lanarkshire as well as with a number of sports clubs. He has also worked with a number of organisations within the field of  Occupational Health including East Renfrewshire Council, Gleneagles Hotel, Salus Occupational Health and Department of Work and Pensions.
