Unparalleled work ethics and patient care I have severe scoliosis and I’ve been Dr Yeon’s patient for several years. Dr Yeon is very knowledgeable and helps me to look after my scoliosis to minimise its progress over time. I am so glad I discovered Dr Yeon as my previous chiropractor based in Southampton, with who I was with for several years, has become so complacent that he was always late for my appointments. He had two rooms and a patient would undress in one of them and wait for him while he was treating someone else in the 2nd room. He would then pop in for a few minutes and after a rushed treatment and pointless, unrelated chit-chat quickly disappear leaving you to dress up on your own! It felt like a conveyer belt money-raking machine with zero patient care! my 15 min appointments wouldn’t ever last more than 5min and prices were very high and I didn't have the confidence to say anything!!! This is why I am so glad to have discovered Dr Yeon. I am impressed with his professionalism and his work ethics. I chose to have regular appointments with Dr Yoen and he has never cut any of my appointments short. Dr Yeon always gives me his full attention, explains all I need to know and always makes me feel that my health and well-being are the most important to him when I’m at his clinic. He recommended some physio exercises for my spine several years ago and always reminds me how important it is to do these to keep my spine healthy. My regular visits to Dr Yeon’s clinic over the last few years and recommended exercises have helped me get my pain under control for the first time in many years and prevented my curve from deteriorating. At each appointment, Dr Yeon checks my entire spine and if I feel too lopsided he gently realigns my spine and hips as necessary, loosens up my neck and spinal muscles, stretches my whole spine, which I absolutely love. I feel amazing and a few centimetres taller after each appointment. Some time ago Dr Yeon also helped me when I had a problem with my shoulder and with the skin allergy at different time, he also explained to me the radiologist’s report of my spinal X-ray in a way that none of the consultants did (with a visual illustration using the props in his clinic) – such a shame I only just figured out how to post on-line reviews!!!

Really appreciate that I was contacted quickly after leaving a voicemail to fit me in for an appointment on that day which was badly needed. I had a deep tissue massage which was extremely helpful towards my painful back. The therapist was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be going back very soon.

After suffering from back pain/sciatica and a knee injury. I found Penny Porter Hydrotherapy and can honestly say she has turned my life around in just 4 visits to date! After explaining to me what medication I needed to help with the nerve pain I was able to get my pain under control for the first time in 7months and combined with the hydrotherapy feel for the first time I am getting my life back on track!

Chris is a brilliant and empathetic therapist. I’ve used numerous physios over the years. None of them have had Chris’s thorough and scientific approach to diagnosis or his caring and careful ability to explain where my pain is coming from and how best to deal with it. In my most recent episode of chronic back pain, Chris has helped me learn how to manage and live with my pain (thankfully now very low level) and enabled me to regain full physical activity. I have been to see Anne on a number of occasions following a friend's recommendation 2 years ago. Each visit is required as a result of some heavy lifting which has caused back pain and stiffness. Every time Anne manages to restore the supple feeling in my spine. What a great tonic.

KATHY Kavanagh is an excellent physio. Better at diagnosis and more effective at resolving issues than any I have used over the years. Ms Kavanagh also correctly diagnosed a simple issue which three other senior physios in Dublin had failed to do before I found her practice.
