I have a long term back problem that has been treated by Kirsty and her team for a few years. Given an appointment the same day with Paul, physio needed for back injury acquired when lifting, diagnosed with pulled muscles. Paul got me gently moving my back and showed me exercises that were achievable at home. Went in struggling to stand, and left feeling so much better! Highly recommend the clinic, dealt with me with empathy and compassion. Forever grateful for good value for money treatment. I attended the clinic with a longstanding knee issue. Lorna did a thorough examination, explained the issue and treatment plan and gave me several exercises to do daily. After 3 treatments the knee pain had reduced significantly and movement was much improved. Two months on, it’s still much better, (although I haven’t been as consistent with the exercises, sorry).
