About Bodyworks Mobile

At Bodyworks Mobile we bring clinic quality care to your home. We work together with you to provide treatment plans that are effective and create long lasting effects for you. Our services are extensive, so we have something for everyone with our clinical and wellbeing treatments. Clinical services include sports therapy, sports massage, dry needling, kinesiotaping, postural assessment and correction and exercise rehabilitation. Wellbeing services include reiki, Indian head massage, Swedish massage, Scarwork and Holistic facials. 

We provide our Pilates classes online live streamed with a qualified instructor - just £15 per month.

I always feel better when I leave and not pressured

I have a long term back problem that has been treated by Kirsty and her team for a few years. I particularly like the personal approach of the staff and the facts they listen to what I say when I attend for treatment. I always feel better when I leave and not pressured to make further unnecessary appointments.

I highly recommend this practice and even at 68 years old attend the Pilates classes to keep supple.

Fab treatment from Emma she certainly hit the spot. Always does. She knows exactly how to treat my complex problems.

The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, very clean premises and they are all highly trained. They explain your problem how the treatment works and follow up on return how your body has reacted to the treatment. They tailor it to suit your current problem. Well worth a visit.

I am an experienced and very friendly Sports Therapist working in the health and fitness industry since 2004. I have lots of experience treating and training clients back to pre-injury health and work hard every day to keep them healthy through education and advice as well as treatment. I love to continue learning and will always try and be a better version of myself to get the best results for my clients no matter what their goal. Outside of work, I love to exercise in the gym, practice Pilates and do lovely dog walks. I am a loving wife and mammy to beautiful twin boys. I am always learning with that too!
