Great service! Richard was friendly and professional. He talked me through all the best stretches and exercises and was generous with his time. Above all, it was clear he wanted to help! Would highly recommend.

I was treated for lower back muscle spasms and a previously undiagnosed Bakers cyst behind my knee. There were 3 sessions and I was impressed by the physio and her approach. The system was very efficient and I would recommend the service. The only downside is the price. Many people would struggle to pay the fees, especially for longer-term treatment. The NHS can't cope with the demand but should perhaps subsidise some private treatment to prevent chronic conditions.

Had a shoulder injury since late December 22, saw Doc in Jan 23 and put on the physiotherapy list - heard nothing so went to Peter 27/3/23. After the 1hr session I already felt a difference, been again today 30/3/23 and I have 100% mobility of my shoulder thanks to just 2 sessions. Peter is a very professional Physiotherapist and I thank him publicly for fixing my shoulder. If you need a physiotherapist don't delay phone Peter.

Treatment for tight back and hamstring muscles. The treatment was very good and the physiotherapist was very pleasant and professional. Would use physio flex again if needed.

Very happy with the consultation and advice given to me by Lewis, who was very knowledgeable and gave me exercises to do for my rotator cuff injury. Have a follow up appointment in 2 weeks time.
