I have been using Physio Care following a total knee replacement operation, the quality of the service has been exceptional. I was given a personalised treatment plan designed to help my recovery and my progress has been carefully monitored. I attended the clinic months following a fractured T12 and the diagnosis of osteoporosis. Mahdi was very professional at all times. Listened with interest to my concerns/questions and provided me with constructive advice. I had deep tissue massage combined with? electronic massage, ultrasound and exercises to increase flexibility and quality of life. The exercises were not only advised but demonstrated by Mahdi and thereafter I performed the exercises to ensure I knew how to do them effectively. Angela is very welcoming and a good listener. She makes me feel at ease and explains everything clearly. The session really allowed me the time and space to learn about my problem and how to fix it with some massage treatment and at-home exercises. I definitely felt her attention to detail and to me as an individual and I don't get any sense of being asked back for further in-house treatment where unnecessary.

Andy is a very experienced and qualified physio and I had great treatment and service from him for tendonitis. I was always treated on time and his charges are great value for money and he does not drag treatment out unnecessarily. I would not hesitate in recommending him.

I had recurrent and long-term lower back pain issues. I have seen osteopaths and physiotherapists for this, they did help, but the issue kept coming back. Simone offered a tailored treatment of acupuncture, massage and Chinese Medicine (Herbs) that really made a key difference to me, not just to the back pain but to my overall well being. Lovely location and serene surroundings. Stripped back pine flooring and a roaring fire in the stove, what's not to like? Easy to reach by public transport (Dinas Powys train station is 10-15 minutes walk away).

Very pleased with the treatment I received. Have made a follow up appointment for 3 weeks time. In the meantime the exercises I was provided with have also helped me with my back strain. They were recommended to me by a friend and I would now recommend them as well.

My knee treatment so far has been great. John, the physio had a look at my difficulties and suggested a scan to ascertain whether I may have a meniscus tear. He also noted an imbalance in my legs, due to one hip being out of balance and immediately treated this. The adjustment has been a relief after years of walking with imbalance. I have an exercise programme and the use of TENS machine and massage each session gives much more freedom of movement without pain. Great value and a very helpful accomplished practitioner.

I went to see Tony at A W Physio summer of 2019 as I had constant lower back pain from facet joint degeneration which I have had for several years (I am 61 years of age). I have tried many treatments over the years but after seeing Tony for acupuncture and ultrasound my pain is much reduced. He gave me exercises to strengthen my core and so alot of it is down to me now to discipline myself to do them as I know the longer-term outcome is dependent on this strength work. Tony is a lovely guy, will make you feel at ease and wants to help. I would certainly recommend his clinic.
