"Excellent first impression"
5 50Reviewed 17 May 2017 Verified user. Review confirmed by phone.
Treatment Received: Physiotherapist Consultation
This was my first visit to a Physio as I have been experiencing a back / under shoulder blade niggle for longer than normal and decided that I may as well mention a long term shoulder / neck issue at the same time. I had not seen anyone else about it so had no idea what to expect. The assessment was quick and efficient. Fairly simple shoulder / neck issue identified and back issue identified based on my rambled description. I was assessed, massaged, heat lamp and manipulation which seemed to have worked a treat. Good value appointment and they did try to 'sell' me additional appointments. I was sent away with exercises and advised to go back if I felt I needed to.

Well kept clinic, warm welcome from the Physio; assistant receptionist. Excellent first impression and would go back there.

A lovely and friendly clinic. A positive experience as I understand about my condition and how to look after it. I now just use their gym to exercise once a week. Would highly recommend as staff took their time and treated me with real courtesy.

"I am now able to bend down and pick up my 3 year old"
4.9 50Reviewed 30 Nov 2010 We were unable to verify the reviewer.
Treatment Received: Back Pain Treatment
Were you pleased with the treatment? The mind numbing pain in my back is much better and I am now able to bend down and pick up my 3 year old which I haven't done for the last year.
Would you recommend the clinic? Staff really friendly and willing to go out of their way to help me as I went to the clinic hardly able to stand. Evening and Saturday appointments, a free car park on hand. wonderful massage
Would you return for further treatment? Really good experience - got rid of the pain!! I recommend them to everyone
