Excellent first impression

5 50 Physiotherapist Consultation • Paid: £59

This was my first visit to a Physio as I have been experiencing a back / under shoulder blade niggle for longer than normal and decided that I may as well mention a long term shoulder / neck issue at the same time. I had not seen anyone else about it so had no idea what to expect. The assessment was quick and efficient. Fairly simple shoulder / neck issue identified and back issue identified based on my rambled description. I was assessed, massaged, heat lamp and manipulation which seemed to have worked a treat. Good value appointment and they did try to 'sell' me additional appointments. I was sent away with exercises and advised to go back if I felt I needed to.

Well kept clinic, warm welcome from the Physio; assistant receptionist. Excellent first impression and would go back there.

Thank you for your lovely review of our clinic, glad we could help and hope your improvement has continued!
