The physiotherapist is very warm and friendly; I feel very comfortable with herJennifer, UK, 14 10 22

Over the years I have suffered from aching lower back pain, and shoulder pain. I have been wearing a shoulder support brace and support vest for many years. I cannot leave home without them. I then pulled a muscle in my back, so I finally went to get this all sorted out once and for all. I am seeing Lucy, this is my second visit, and I am already feeling the deference. Lucy identified the problem right away. I have lost strength in my lower back, and my core is very weak. Lucy is very warm and friendly; I feel very comfortable with her. she has explained in great detail why I have been wearing my support braces for so many years and has encouraged me to trust myself and to start believing that I will be ok without my support braces. I have not worn them for 3 days now, when I start to feel the shoulder pain, it reminds me to hold my core, and surprisingly enough the pain eases up. Since doing the specific exercises and practicing holding my core and controlling my breathing, I already feel better about myself. Thank you, Lucy.

Needling Of Verrucae from £250
Dry needling is an innovative and highly effective treatment for Verrucas that just will not go away. Common verruca treatments, such as Cryotherapy (freezing), or chemical caustics, work by creating a thermal or chemical burn in and around the verruca. This aims to resolve the verruca by creating inflammation and swelling around the area, thereby provoking an immune system response. Dry needling is different. By disrupting each individual papilla in the verruca and creating a portal from the viral tissue to the adipose tissue, it allows the immune system to attack the lesion directly. In this way treating a single verruca can cause spontaneous remission in some or all satellite Verrucas. It has been reported to be highly effective, even for longstanding lesions of ten years or more and has been successful when other treatments have failed. Dry needling is only performed once per verruca. It is carried out under local anaesthetic and most people report only minor soreness for a few days, similar to a bruise.

Symptoms The following symptoms are commonly associated with whiplash:  Pain in the neck and back Muscle spasms Numbness or tingling in the hands and arms Headaches Dizziness, blurred vision and vertigo Tinnitus Difficulty swallowingChiropractic Treatments for Whiplash Your  plan depends on the severity of your injury. The most common chiropractic technique is spinal manipulation. A chiropractor can help with recovery from whiplash in many ways.  After locating the areas where there is a lack of mobility and where swelling may have occurred, it is possible to manipulate this area through gentle massage and stretching to reduce the inflammation and restore more movement.  As symptoms and pain reduce, the chiropractor can work on a wider area along the spine and any other effected joints to improve mobility and support to the injured neck.
