My doctor was very informative and I had one follow-up after the therapyRobert, UK, 12 03 18

I had a soft tissue therapy (STT) session here a long time ago. I think I chose them because of their favorable reviews. It was worth the money and I didn’t pay any additional charges. At the time of my appointment, the clinic was still kind of under construction, but things were pretty neat despite this. My doctor was very informative and I had one follow-up after the therapy. The physician who did the treatment was really good.

Osteopathy is a form of manual medicine which focuses on total body health by releasing tissue tension, thus restoring balance to the musculoskeletal framework. The Osteopath uses a combination of massage, stretching and joint manipulation techniques to relieve pain by relaxing muscles, improving circulation and calming nervous system function. Cranial Osteopathy is a refined and subtle type of osteopathic treatment that uses very gentle manipulative pressure to encourage the release of stresses throughout the body, including the head. It is can be helpful in treating a wide range of conditions in people of all ages, from birth to old age. What do Osteopaths Treat? Osteopaths treat the whole person, not just the condition. Common conditions that may be helped include:Back and Neck PainMuscle strains & Joint StiffnessDisc & Sciatica ProblemsPostural ProblemsRepetitive StrainHeadaches and MigrainesJaw Pain & Teeth GrindingMusculoskeletal Pain during and after pregnancyTreatments for Children and babiesSports InjuriesWhat happens on my first consultation? The 1st session will involve a detailed case history, both of the main problem, previous injuries and general health history, followed by a careful physical examination before arriving at a treatment plan. In more complex situations, further tests may be required to gain full understanding of the problem. How long does a treatment course last? This depends on the nature and complexity of the problem. Recent issues tend to resolve fairly quickly: 1 to 3 treatments. Longer term more chronic conditions will take longer.

That night I slept well and quickly improvedGlyn, UK, 23 11 16

I was unable to sleep for three nights due to severe leg pains. I decided to try physiotherapy and got an appointment with Caroline on the day I phoned. The treatment was so relaxing and Caroline explained the problem and what she was doing in detail and with humour. That night I slept well and quickly improved from there. I was amazed at the speed of recovery and the only disappointment is that I don't have an excuse to go back Chose the clinic as my daughter had been using it and recommended it. Receptionist was friendly on phone and on arrival. Clinic was comfortable and pleasant. Caroline, the physiotherapist was friendly and thorough in getting background details and investigating the symptoms. The whole experience was relaxing and pleasant and the cure rapid
